8899 Beverly is the result of a decade-long pursuit to transform an iconic mid-century modern building into architecturally significant, handcrafted homes and to create the most extraordinary residential building in Los Angeles. Architecturally remastered by Olson Kundig, the project elevates living to new heights, with epic, sweeping and unobstructed views.

Mid-Century Pedigree
The original Los Angeles International Design Center, 8899 Beverly Boulevard was completed in 1964. Designed by modernist architect Richard Dorman, it stood as a classic example of mid-century modern architecture. Since its original construction, 8899 has been the headquarter for ICM and the original location of Madeo Ristorante.

As the tallest and only residential building in the center of the Beverly-Melrose-Robertson Arts and Design District, 8899 Beverly maximizes access to light and air while taking full advantage of extraordinary views. The size and number of windows, private balconies and terraces, continuously connects residents with the surrounding landscape. Each of the building’s four façades offer sweeping and protected views of Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Snowcapped Mountains, Century City, and the famous LA jetliner view.
